Distribution Warehouse sold

Fairlie Norbury Real Estate, acting on behalf of IMP Investments, have sold a distribution warehouse at Stakehill Industrial Estate, Manchester, let to Toolstation for a further 13.5 years, for £14.59m (NIY 4.93%) to an overseas investor.
