Private clients of FNRE acquired, via an asset swap, a recently refurbished prime industrial unit let to Travis Perkins at Forge Lane Minworth Sutton Coldfield. Travis Perkins were keen to acquire their property in Wednesbury and agreed to swap their freehold Travis Perkins via a sale and leaseback with ten years term certain. The combined value of the transaction was c. £5.5m.
