Fairlie Norbury Real Estate advised Custodian REIT on the acquisition of the Homebase, Holt Road, Cromer for £4.475m reflecting 6.29% Net initial yield. The 25,000sqft store was let to HHGL for 6.75 years term certain at £300,000pa.
